During the summer and hey what am I kidding winter too, we love getting Acai bowls. When I say we it’s mostly my husband because I still stick to smoothies, but sometimes I have a craving for a bowl. We use to get a smoothie multiple times a week. I know our poor bank account. Now we have found acai packets at Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, and sometimes Costco so we make smoothies at home. For some reason Acai bowls just taste better when someone else makes them though. Here are our favorite spots we have found so far.
Roxberry smoothies are the yummiest at Roxberry, but you came here for the Açai bowls which are just as good too. My favorite bowl is the Morango Beach Bowl! My husband gets the Lime-Tastic Bowl which comes with lime slices on top. They both are refreshing! We have just found the Dominator to be one our favorites! It has peanut butter as well as acai and bananas. It is creamy and so good! This spot is more affordable than some of the others on this list and it is just as good! We stop here the most out of all our spots. Utah has quite a few locations and they are all super cute!
Everbowl is the coolest place! You get to pick your base flavor for the smoothie part. I love their vanilla and Açai together. I crave their smoothie base all the time. It almost is a mix between ice cream and a smoothie which is so good! The flavors aren't over powering, but enough to enjoy the sweet flavor. Then you get to add whatever toppings you want and it's unlimited! We loaded ours up with fruit, almonds, granola, coconut shavings, and cocoa nibs. Their Spoons are even recyclable ones you can take home and use over and over. This is one of the pricier bowls we have bought, but it is worth every penny!
We go to I Love Moo anytime we drive out to Park City. It has awesome smoothies and bowls and they even have ice cream too! They put granola on the bottom of the bowl which makes the last bites just as yummy as the first. The Acai base is so creamy, sweet, and has a good tang. The fruit was super fresh. The granola was the star of the show for me on this one though! It was so crunchy and they put the perfect amount in the bowl. It doesn't hurt that the storefront is adorable!
4. Twenty-five Main Café & Cupcakes (St. George, UT)
I know a weird place to find an awesome smoothie bowl, but it happened and there is no going back because we are addicted! This cute little café has paninis, sandwiches, pizza, salads, pasta, acai bowls, and cupcakes. You can get pretty much anything when you go here. Twentyfive Main Café is always our first stop when we take a trip to St. George. The picture will say it all. Such a cute place. (Sadly, Twenty-five Main closed it's doors in 2021)
Leave a comment about your favorites you have found as well! We would love to go and try new places!
