Best Pumpkin Treats!

Pumpkin season is here! It really is the best time of the year for pumpkin treats. I am all for the pumpkin drinks, breads, and cookies during this time of the year. Here are my favorite Pumpkin treats I have found in Utah!

Kneaders Pumpkin Bread: My most favorite Pumpkin bread is from Kneaders. They have little loaves that are the perfect amount of bread. I get a couple every year and love it! The flavor isn't too strong and it has a good moist texture.

Kneaders Pumpkin Cookies: The Pumpkin cookies at Kneaders aren't my number one pumpkin cookies, but they are good. I prefer their decorated Sugar cookies, but if you are there and want a sweet pumpkin treat the cookies are good to try. I like my cookies super soft and these ones are more dense. The flavor is good though!

Krusteaz Pumpkin Mix: My husband surprised me with a box of these from Costco last year. The mix can make breads, cookies, pancakes, and waffles. I tried all the options and thought the waffles turned out the best. The bread is good if you add chocolate chips to it. There is a little bag of pecans that is included which I thought was so clever. I like to add chocolate chips to these to add a little more of a sweet flavor.

Old Grist Mill Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread: A friend from work went to Old Grist Mill in Logan, Utah and brought the pumpkin chocolate chip bread to work so I got to try some. It was the best chocolate chip pumpkin bread I have had. It was very soft and had just the right amount of chocolate chips. I really liked that and want to go try more of their bakery items next time I'm in Logan.

Pumpkin Steamers: The best hot Pumpkin drink is a Pumpkin Steamer. I love to get them from Kneaders, Starbucks, and Beans and Brews. It is just steamed milk with pumpkin flavoring and seasoning. Fall starts for me when I get my first Pumpkin steamer of the season.

Homemade Pumpkin Cookies: My mom has the best homemade pumpkin cookie recipe. We grew up eating these up all throughout the year. There are a lot of different recipes out there that are good too. I like the idea of the cake box pumpkin cookies which are simple and quick. Any homemade pumpkin cookie will do.

Krispy Kreme Pumpkin Spice Donuts: Krispy Kreme donuts had a pumpkin spice flavor variety of donuts that were really good. I liked the glazed plain pumpkin spice donut the best. There was just a hint of pumpkin so it wasn't too much.

Trader Joes Pumpkin Bread Mix: I got a pumpkin bread mix from Trader Joe's and made muffins with it. I liked the flavor of the mix. It was a good price for this box and they were very easy to make. I still like bakery breads the best, but if you didn't want to go out this is a good option.

Pumpkin Joe Joe's from Trader Joe's: The pumpkin Joe Joe's are cookies that you have to try a couple of times before you love them. Once you love them you are hooked. I really like the flavor of these. The filling is pumpkin as well as the two cookies. This year they have come out with a yogurt coated pumpkin Joe Joe that I want to try.

Waffle Love Pumpkin Waffle: Waffle Love has a pumpkin whipped cream that they add to their regular waffles. It was to die for. So good. It comes with caramel sauce, which was the perfect pairing. I crave this all year long.

Pumpkin Frappuccino: I have always gone the hot route with Pumpkin drinks, but this year the weather stayed really warm through September so I branched out and got a Frappuccino. It is so good! You can taste the pumpkin flavor really well when it's cold. It doesn't hurt that they look super cute, too. I have tried ones at Starbucks and Beans and Brews which are both good.

Pumpkin Scones: Starbucks use to have the best pumpkin scones! They came out with a new version that I haven't tried yet. I found a copycat recipe of the old scones and have made those at home. They turned out so good and were actually pretty simple to make. I loved the little pumpkin frosting that gets drizzled on them.

Crumbl Pumpkin Cookies: Crumbl has multiple pumpkin cookie variations throughout the season. I have tried a few different flavors from them. I love the original pumpkin chocolate chip cookie the best, but they have a some good ones with frostings and different add in's as well.

Pumpkin Empanadas at Taco Time: I grew up going to Taco Time for a Pumpkin Empanada for a treat. I love the cinnamon sugar, crispy crust, and the pumpkin mixture in the inside. This is a cheap treat option and are really good, too.

Twisted Sugar Pumpkin Cookies: The pumpkin cookie at Twisted Sugar is delicious. It is a soft pumpkin cookie with chocolate chips and a cream cheese frosting. I really liked this pumpkin cookie.

Smiths Pumpkin Cookies: Smith's Grocery Store has my favorite store bought pumpkin cookies. They are soft and have a good amount of chocolate chips in them. They have sales throughout the season on their ads for the cookies, too.

Costco Pumpkin Pie: Costco has the best Pumpkin pie and the best price, too. It is just a classic item at Costco. We always drown ours with whipped cream which makes it yummy. It is large enough to feed a crowd and to have leftovers.

What fun pumpkin treats do you like to get?
