My Favorite Things at Costco Right Now!

Costco has become one of our favorite little spots. Having so many family members all over the states has become really fun with seeing what their Costco's have. We have learned to visit Costco's in all the states since they all are a tad bit different. We have found a lot of new favorite items this year. We have three Costco's in Kentucky and have been to them all! Our main items we buy at Costco is fruit! They have great options all year long. Here is a list of all the things we have bought and loved! 

Seven Sundays Granola Mix

Seven Sundays Granola is my new favorite snack! We found this is in Georgia over Christmas! It is a healthier option of granola made with all natural ingredients! It has a chocolate flavor with lots of crunch and different textures. I have eaten this on the Honey Greek yogurt or the plain Greek yogurt which both have been good. The brand has a few other flavors and other food options too! 

R.I.P. Churro... Hello Chocolate Chip Cookie! 

Well what a sad start to 2024! The churro is officially gone this time for good I think! It had gone away during Covid, but it came back but I think this time it is for real. They have replaced the churro with a chocolate chip cookie. I am not a fair judge because the cookie I got was crispy and definitely overbaked. I think it could be a good treat, but I haven't been too excited to give it another try. I loved their Churro's too much!  

Mediterranean Flatbread

Run to Costco and find these Margherita Flatbreads!!! My husband picked these up and I did not think we would like them, but I was very wrong! They are crispy, cheesy and have a good flavor. They only take ten minutes to bake and are the perfect amount eating just one. I crave these right now! 

Chuck Roast or Steak Slices 

Our new favorite meat to buy from Costco is the Chuck Roast cut into cubes. It is the perfect amount for three separate dinners. We make crockpot shredded beef for nachos and Pot Roast with it. I feel like it is reasonably priced for the amount. The quality of the meat is really nice too. Not too much fat and it cooks really well. We love getting the thinly sliced steak too. It lasts for quite a few meals. We just eat it as steak, in Beef and Broccoli, steak tacos, breakfast, and cheesesteaks. It is nice to have other types of meat to switch up the chicken we eat the most. 

Smore's Caramel Clusters 

We have gone through a few bags of these this since they came out. They are even better when they are in the fridge! The amount in the bag is quite a bit! I have seen these in a few different states Costco's so hopefully yours have them to try! 

Orange Juice 

We have become one of those families with Orange Juice always in the fridge, thanks to Costco. They have a three pack and they last quite awhile. We like them in our smoothies and to just have. All the brands have been just fine that Costco carries. 

Curtains 

Okay, this is a must if you are in the market for curtains! We bought ours from Walmart and they didn't fit our windows all the way. The Costco curtains fit and have a little wiggle room. It makes it look high end and feel like they were made for our house! They have them on sale every so often which is what we waited for and then bought them!

Water Bottles 

We didn't realize at how good of a deal these water bottles are until Costco were out and we were out so we had to buy alternatives. The water bottles are affordable, last a long time, and just make sense to buy. We always have at least two cases on hand! 

Couch

We bought our couch at Costco when we moved to Kentucky. We have had it a little more than six months now and it still looks brand new. It has held up so well. It is easy to clean, move around, and comfy to relax on. This has been one of my most favorite things we have purchased for our new home! They keep having sales on them even now so keep an eye out and pick one up!  

Dark Chocolate Salted Caramels 

We just got addicted to Salted Caramels! We have tried the Aldi brand chocolates and then saw that Costco has a big container full of them! They are a little shorter so less caramel to chocolate ratio than the Aldi ones, but they still taste good! We both said we can't buy another container because we can't stay away from them! 

Tru Fru Raspberries 

These are a long time favorite for me! I love the idea of a cold chocolate treat and a little healthier feel of a raspberry all in one! These are my favorite during the summer, but I tend to buy them during the winter way more. Funny how that goes. I watched for these to go on sale for a whole year and not once did they get marked down. They must be too popular! The best price for these is at Costco though! 

Derby Pie 

I have only ever seen Derby Pie at the Kentucky Costco's so sorry if you aren't near one! We have found a love for the Derby Pie here in Kentucky. To be honest we didn't love it the first time we had it, but we buy it for holiday's and for our visitors so we have grown to really like it. Costco has the best price for the pie that we have found. It is the exact same company, size and pie as the original company.
